Front-End Developer

Product Development – Budapest

Due to international expansion, we are looking for extraordinary individuals to join our team.

Your tasks will be

You will develop the front-end features of our cloud platform. You will be able to develop new features from scratch, suggest new processes and optimise the existing ones using cutting edge technologies such as React, Redux, interactive data visualisation and much more. You will majorly contribute to improving the usability and user experience of our global user-base.

What we expect from you

  • 2 years of experience in front-end development
  • Strong knowledge of modern Javascript and CSS
  • Be familiar with the React ecosystem and its common patterns, including Redux and
  • You are striving for the best user experience, while serving an adequate experience on legacy browsers
  • You consider the long term: you help yourself and others by writing clean code, keeping an eye on refactoring opportunities, and by making balanced design decisions
  • Have a "can do" attitude, be constructive
  • Be open to learning new technologies, frameworks or languages
  • Domain-driven design attitude: be open to getting to know the business domain
  • Be willing to keep an eye on the trends of your field
  • Be agile and pioneer, have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strive for the highest professional quality, be precise and follow processes from beginning to end
  • Love what you do! Be hard-working and excited about professional challenges

Advantageous if you have

  • Experience in React-Native, other modern UI frameworks, type annotations (such as TypeScript), Webpack, D3, HTML5 Canvas
  • Experience in progressive web apps
  • Experience in UX design
  • Experience in design frameworks, such as Sketch or Figma
  • Full-stack approach: experience in REST APIs, Amazon Web Services or Azure
  • Have a strong preference for Agile methods used in the global startup field
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
